J.P. Morgan in Mexico City is seeking a Client Service Associate to help manage incoming calls, emails, and account maintenance requests, ensuring client needs are reviewed and addressed.

You will collaborate with Client Service, Sales, Product, Implementation, Operations, and other partners to maintain service quality and resolve escalations. Responsibilities include supporting Treasury Services initiatives and delivering a seamless end-to-end client experience in a dynamic banking environment.

Formación

• Graduate of a business-related course.
• Proven client service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsabilidades

• Provide clients with support and information regarding inquiries, account maintenance, and procedures.
• Act as an escalation point for large money movements and escalated transactional inquiries.
• Liaise with Relationship, Product, Operations and Implementation teams to resolve service issues and ensure correct account setups.
