JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Mexico City seeks a Client Service Associate to support client service delivery by handling calls, emails, and account maintenance requests, ensuring client needs are reviewed and addressed.

You will collaborate with Client Service, Sales, Product, Implementation, Operations, and other partners to maintain service quality, resolve escalations, and deliver a seamless end-to-end client experience.

Formación

• Must have a business-related degree.
• Proven client service experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clients with information on interest claims and billing inquiries.
• Escalate large money movements and complex transactions.
• Coordinate with Relationship, Product, Operations to resolve issues.
• Generate service quality reports to analyze payment activity.
• Maintain risk records and document client interactions in Navigator.
