Unisys in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead global and local service delivery for key accounts. You will plan, implement and manage contracted services to meet SLA, cost, quality and value targets, coordinating with service lines, partners, and clients.

You will build and lead a skilled delivery team, manage the statement of work and budget, participate in governance, and report on performance to senior leadership while driving continuous improvement and innovative

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related professional experience; 1+ years managing a specific area.
• Advanced English level required.
• Knowledge of IT outsourcing, service delivery, and financial analysis.
• Understanding of Unisys service offerings and evolving tech trends.
• Proven communication, service delivery and relationship management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Leads global and/or local delivery of services to an account or group of accounts.
• Plans, implements and executes contracted services meeting SLA, cost, governance, performance, quality, innovation, CSIIP.
• Leads a skilled delivery team to meet schedules and manage budget.
• Manages the statement of work, scope, risks and changes.
• Participates in contract and account governance.
• Develops budgets, schedules and performance standards to optimize cost.
• Monitors financial health of the account and addresses variances.
• Provides regular performance reports to client and Unisys executives.
• Acts as escalation point and risk management across account.
