Unisys in Mexico City seeks a Senior Delivery Manager to lead the global and local delivery of services for assigned accounts. You will plan, implement and execute contracted services, ensuring SLAs, cost governance and value delivery through strong client and internal team collaboration.

The role requires 5+ years in delivery management, hands-on oversight of service lines, and a proven ability to drive improvements, profitability, and client satisfaction in an outsourced IT environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related professional experience, 1+ years managing specific area.
• Advanced English level.
• Essential qualifications in IT, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of sales strategies, account/program management, service delivery and financial analysis.
• Understanding of Unisys service offerings and industry trends; IT outsourced environment support.
• Proven track record in effective communications, service delivery, and relationship management.

Responsabilidades

• Leads global and local delivery of Unisys services to allocated accounts.
• Plans, implements and executes contracted services meeting SLAs, cost, governance and quality.
• Establishes and leads a skilled delivery team to meet schedules and resolve issues.
• Manages statements of work, scope, risks and budgets for accounts.
• Maintains client communications and conducts regular service performance reviews.
• Drives continuous improvement, governance, risk management and client satisfaction.
