Capgemini Engineering is seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager to lead complex enterprise initiatives in Mexico City. You will drive end-to-end delivery, align cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones, budget, and quality targets are met.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage risks and dependencies, produce executive status reports, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver real business value in banking or financial services environments.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Agile Delivery roles within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in Agile Project Management, Scrum Master practices, delivery governance, and stakeholder management.
• Strong experience managing project financials, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services environments and familiarity with SAFe frameworks are highly desirable.
• Advanced English (C1-C2).
• Availability to work on-site at CDMX.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, scope, and quality objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and Scrum practices while promoting continuous improvement across delivery teams.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and RAID logs, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Prepare executive-level status reports, financial tracking, governance updates, and stakeholder communications.
