DFX5 in Mexico City seeks a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end software and IT delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure projects stay in scope, on time, and on budget. You will connect engineering, product, design, and clients, turning ambiguous goals into clear plans and shipped results.

This senior, high-ownership role requires running multiple software delivery projects in a fast-paced environment and guiding teams with authority and autonomy.

Formación

• Experience delivering software/IT projects in consulting or professional services.
• Ability to define and document project plans, risks, and governance.
• Proven track record delivering on time and on budget.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full lifecycle of software/IT consulting projects from mobilization to post-deployment support.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics with stakeholders.
• Manage milestone gate process and formal sign-offs at phase transitions.
• Author key project documents: Project Plan, Risk Plan, Communication Plan.
• Lead Change Advisory Board and Change Request processes.
• Run Agile ceremonies and tailor methodologies per engagement.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and mitigate blockers.
• Maintain RAID log and monitor risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Serve as primary client and internal leader contact; provide weekly status reports.
