Job summary

AMETEK, Inc. seeks a Distribution Administrator in Mexico to drive the growth of the international indirect sales channel.

You will work as the central interface between internal teams, distributors, and channel managers to ensure efficient sales processes and partner enablement while supporting revenue growth. You will coordinate onboarding, maintain CRM data, and support regional growth initiatives across LATAM, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Technical teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supporting distributors, resellers or partner networks.
• 2–5 years in channel sales, indirect sales, partner management or sales operations.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and LATAM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for distributors and channel partners.
• Support partner onboarding activities and ongoing engagement.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with channel stakeholders.
• Assist Channel Managers in driving partner success and growth.
• Prepare quotations and manage sales documentation.
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline and forecasting.
