AMETEK Inc. is seeking a Corporate Sales Operation Specialist to provide operational support for sales across the assigned geographic region, including order entry, invoicing, and supplier registration.

You will work closely with team members to ensure fast order throughput and a best-in-class first contact experience for customers, while maintaining accuracy and timely reporting. Candidates should have Office Customer Service experience, strong PC skills, and fluency in English and Spanish;

Qualifications

• Experience in office customer service is desirable.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Advanced English and Spanish language skills required.
• Willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity and decisions.
• Ability to learn and adopt new AI-enabled workflows.

Responsabilités

• Daily order entry management and invoicing tasks.
• Support sales teams with processing orders and credit control.
• Track shipments and monitor intercompany purchasing.
• Prepare management reports and KPI visuals.
• Ensure timely posting of invoices within 48 hours.
• Assist with Intrastat entries when required.
