Coupa is seeking an experienced Manager, IT Change Management to embed disciplined, scalable CM across our IT organization. This hands-on role will own and execute CM activities end-to-end for some projects, while coaching others to apply the framework independently.

• 5–7+ years in IT change management for technology projects.
• Experience applying standard CM frameworks across sizes.
• Proven hands-on and coaching/advisory capabilities with clear judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain a scalable change management framework for IT projects.
• Lead or coach CM activities end-to-end depending on the project.
• Develop multichannel communications and executive-ready content.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate impact assessments and messaging.
• Build a change champion network and enable readiness programs.
