CEVA Logistics is seeking a Claims Handler to manage end-to-end cargo claims across global operations. You will investigate liability, liaise with Operations, Customers, Carriers, Insurance Partners, Finance, Legal and Commercial teams to ensure fair resolutions and protect the company’s financial interests.

The role requires autonomy, coordination across regions, and a strong focus on timely, accurate claim handling and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Admin, Law, International Business or related field.
• Good English level (oral and writing).
• 5+ years of experience in claims handling, insurance or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned cargo claims from initial review through to final resolution.
• Assess claim validity and determine liability based on contractual terms and supporting documentation.
• Maintain proactive communication with operations, account managers, clients, and external stakeholders to drive claim resolution.
• Prepare and deliver claims reports for customers and internal stakeholders, including analysis of trends and key issues.
• Identify recurring issues and support continuous improvement initiatives within the claims process.
