CEVA Logistics seeks a Billing Team Leader to drive a high-performing billing unit with accuracy, speed, and ownership. The role focuses on supervising Executives, optimizing processes, and delivering excellence in invoicing across global partners.

The ideal candidate will lead with strong English communication, experience in freight forwarding billing, and a track record of coaching teams to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, International Trade, Business Administration, Transportation or related field.
• Strong understanding of Billing and international logistics processes.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Ability to lead operational discussions, manage suppliers and customer escalations, and communicate effectively with global stakeholders in English.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support Executives in the daily execution of Billing, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and delivery.
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity and SLA compliance, implementing corrective actions to maintain service excellence.
• Coordinate with local station, overseas agents and trucking providers (vendors) to ensure smooth billing execution.
• Manage operational escalations, urgent billings, delays and service failures, ensuring timely resolution and customer communication.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Distribute workload, manage team priorities, and optimize operational resources to ensure efficiency and business continuity.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Executives through training, performance feedback, and operational support to strengthen team capabilities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, increasing operational efficiency, and promoting best practices within the Billing team.
