CEVA Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor in Cuautitlán Izcalli, Mexico, to oversee account executives, drive service excellence, and ensure contractual SLAs with clients. You will coach a team, monitor KPIs, and manage pricing negotiations while expanding client services and profitability.

Formación

• Proven experience in customer service or account management within logistics or warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities, with coaching focus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the account executive team with balanced workloads.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to associates for high performance.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations to monitor staff development and achieve objectives.
• Maintain accountability for client accounts, monitor KPIs, and present insights to clients.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with operations teams and account executives.
• Drive growth by identifying new sales opportunities and managing quotations and negotiations.
• Manage department revenues and expenses, and provide weekly revenue updates with monthly reports.
• Lead annual rate negotiations with clients and manage tariff analyses with approvals.
