This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, innovation, and commercial strategy. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new market opportunities, developing customer solutions, and supporting the expansion of our product and service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent.
• Graduate degree and credentials in engineering are preferred.
• 6–7 years of industry-related experience is desired.
• Proficient English and Spanish written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Technical Business Development, Strategic Account, and Account Managers to drive revenue and margin growth.
• Act as technical bridge between LoBs/BU’s and the Sales Team to specify and validate technology.
• Lead product trials with customers and define testing criteria and success metrics.
• Provide customer feedback to LoB/BU teams and develop training and selling tools.
