Element Solutions Inc. seeks a commercially technically proficient Business Development Engineer to drive growth across its global chemical portfolio.

This role blends engineering, innovation, and commercial strategy to identify new market opportunities, develop customer solutions, and support expansion of products and services. Based in Mexico (Bajio MX Region), you will support the Technical Business Development Team, serve as a technical bridge between LoBs/BUs and Sales, and lead product

Formación

Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering; graduate engineering credentials preferred.
Proficient English and Spanish (written and verbal).
6–7 years of related industry experience desired.

Responsabilidades

Support Technical Business Development, Strategic Account and Account Managers to drive revenue growth.
Provide technical and applications credibility in customer interactions to support roadmaps and revenue processes.
Act as the technical bridge between LoBs/BUs and Sales to specify and validate technology.
