Epicor is seeking a Director, Billing Operations to lead a global team and build a scalable, accurate, customer-focused billing function within our Quote-to-Cash organization.

You will strengthen billing performance, processes, controls, and technology capabilities while advancing the future of SaaS billing, working with Order Management, Accounting, Revenue, AR, IT and other partners to improve billing accuracy and predictability.

Formación

• 11+ years in billing operations or related SaaS finance roles.
• 6+ years leading global, multi-geo teams.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS, subscription and billing models.
• Strong end-to-end Quote-to-Cash, internal controls and forecasting.
• Experience leading transformation and billing technology initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global Billing Operations, setting priorities and goals.
• Own billing performance across SaaS, recurring revenue, and services.
• Collaborate with IT/PMO to automate billing processes.
• Improve order quality and data integrity with upstream teams.
• Support financial close, AR health and forecasting.
• Establish and govern billing controls and governance.
• Develop the organization through change and leadership.
