Epicor is seeking a Director, Billing Operations to lead a global billing organization within our Quote-to-Cash function. You will drive scalable processes, controls, and technology to improve accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction across SaaS and related billing lines.

You will partner with Finance, IT, and Operations to transform billing through automation, data integrity, and robust governance while developing teams and expanding capabilities for future growth.

Formación

• 11+ years in billing operations, Q2C, or finance operations in a global SaaS/tech org.
• 6+ years leading teams across geographies with change management experience.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS, subscription, recurring revenue, and professional services billing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global Billing Operations team with priorities, performance expectations, and development plans.
• Own billing performance and predictability across SaaS, recurring revenue, and other models.
• Collaborate with IT, PMO, and Q2C teams to improve processes and automate capabilities.
• Strengthen upstream processes with Order Management and Q2C teams to reduce billing exceptions.
• Support financial close activities, AR health, issue resolution, and forecasting.
