Epicor is seeking a Director, Billing Operations to lead a global team and build a scalable, accurate billing function within our Quote-to-Cash organization. You will partner across IT, Revenue, AR, and Order Management to improve accuracy, timeliness, and automation.

The ideal candidate has 11+ years in billing or finance, strong people leadership across geographies, and deep knowledge of SaaS billing and multi-currency operations.

Formación

• 11+ years in billing operations or related finance roles in a global SaaS/tech org.
• Bachelor's degrees in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years leading and developing global teams.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS, subscription, and professional services billing.
• Understanding end-to-end Quote-to-Cash, AR, and forecasting.
• Experience leading transformation and billing technology initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the global Billing Operations team with priorities and development plans.
• Own billing performance across SaaS, recurring revenue, and services.
• Partner with IT and other stakeholders to improve processes and automation.
• Improve order quality and data integrity with Order Management.
• Support financial close, AR health, and cash forecasting.
• Establish and improve billing controls and governance.
• Coach and develop the organization through change.
