Job summary

Circana is seeking a Benefits Operations Analyst to own enrollment, life-event, and eligibility administration across global markets. The role reports to the Manager, Global Benefits Administration & Delivery and sits within the global Benefits team, focusing on contracting and delivery while ensuring accurate benefits delivery and a strong employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in benefits enrollment, eligibility, or life-event administration.
• Strong data privacy awareness and compliance with country rules.
• Clear professional communication for employee-facing support.
• Experience with processes, controls, and audits inBenefits/HR.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Process enrollment, life-event changes, and eligibility updates accurately and on schedule.
• Support annual enrollment execution, renewals, data submission, and employee communications.
• Prepare enrollment, eligibility, and deduction files for carriers, brokers, and payroll; submit on schedule.
• Respond to Tier-2 inquiries and route complex cases as needed.
• Maintain employee-facing benefits Q&A and country-specific content.
• Follow documented processes and flag gaps or recurring issues.
• Keep enrollment and life-event records audit-ready year-round with documentation.
• Interpret country-level statutory requirements to ensure accurate communications and data submission.
