Sequoia Consulting Group seeks an experienced Benefits Administrator in Mexico City to serve as the primary client contact for benefits inquiries, process events, and manage HRIS/payroll data feeds. You will work with brokers and advisory teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance during onboarding and setup.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, excellent communication, and the ability to train AI-driven automation while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR support, or client-facing outsourcing/enrollment processing.
• Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar platform).
• Understanding of global employee benefits programs and related compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality client service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with Excel and handling large data sets, including Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Experience with AI to automate processes.
• Experience with data integration between HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems.
• Familiarity with SLAs and KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting open enrollment and life event processing in an outsourced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding benefits-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.
• Process benefits events in collaboration with client and working with brokers and carriers.
• Manage data feeds and integrations between HRIS systems, payroll, and benefits platforms inclusive of discrepancy resolution.
• Collaborate with advisory team, clients brokers and internal stakeholders to resolve benefits related issues and ensure compliance.
• Collect, validate, and document client benefit plans and policies, guide clients through setup during onboarding: configuring benefits, eligibility rules, workflows, and integration where needed.
• Leverage and Train AI to automate process.
• Conduct audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and service level agreements.
• Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for outsourced process.
