Aon plc in Mexico City is seeking a Benefits Analyst to support the administration of employee benefit programs for a portfolio of global clients. You will play a key role in process improvements, renewals, and change initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of experience in similar service-oriented roles, with strong data analysis, project management, and benefits knowledge.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, IT, or similar).
• 4-6 years of experience in similar/service roles.
• Experience in employee benefits/insurance is highly desirable.
• Background in project management or leading process changes is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support administration of employee benefit programs for a portfolio of global clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with processes and SLAs.
• Generate and analyze reports on member activity and benefit utilization, providing insights to internal teams and clients.
• Respond to inquiries from members, providers, and clients, offering clear and timely information and coordinating resolutions as needed.
• Participate in and sometimes lead change projects that impact team workflows and renewal processes, including testing system changes and updating knowledge documentation.
