Aon plc is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Processor in Mexico City. The role offers hybrid work between virtual and Torre Diana office, joining a Global Benefits Solutions team, handling benefit administration with accuracy and timely responses.

You will learn client systems, process benefit transactions, and generate reports while coordinating with insurers and internal stakeholders. Aon supports career growth in operations and analytics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or similar.
• At least 1 year of experience in similar roles and/or service-oriented positions.
• Knowledge or strong interest in employee benefits and benefits administration.
• Solid process management mindset and comfort with procedures, documentation, and SLAs.
• Service-oriented attitude with ownership and follow-through.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• English and Portuguese proficiency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Learn about clients, systems and tools, and develop proficiency in processing benefits.
• Accurately process benefit transactions and respond to benefit inquiries within SLAs.
• Review, update and analyze documentation needed to process benefits.
• Generate and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports on insured employees and benefit activity.
• Manage daily work queues and emails to meet contractual SLAs.
• Coordinate with insurers to process enrollments, terminations and changes.
• Maintain accurate records for all processed transactions and client requests.
• Support manager with additional tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.
