Aon Corporation in Mexico City is seeking a Benefits Analyst to support administration of employee benefit programs for a portfolio of global clients. You will drive process improvements, renewals, and change initiatives while analyzing utilization data and maintaining high service levels.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Client Service, Broking, and IT, and serve as SME for escalations. A strong background in benefits and project management is essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field as listed.
• 4–6 years of experience in similar or service roles.
• Experience in employee benefits and insurance is highly desirable.
• Background in project management or leading process changes is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of benefits administration and related concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Support administration of employee benefits for global clients with accuracy and SLA adherence.
• Generate and analyze reports on member activity and benefit utilization.
• Respond to inquiries from members, providers, and clients with timely information.
• Participate in change projects, testing, and updating knowledge documentation.
• Serve as SME for escalations and guide Benefits Processors through to closure.
• Collaborate with Client Service Managers on changes, service levels and new client needs.
