3M seeks a remote Key Account Leader based in Mexico to drive growth and broaden 3M’s relevance with an automotive client. You will coordinate with global and local 3M resources to meet defined sales objectives and act as the Voice of Customer across multiple functions.

Travel up to 50% may be required. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Automotive Key Accounts with global footprint and strong English skills, plus experience with CRM tools and project management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field completed.
• 5+ years of experience with Automotive Key Accounts with global footprint.
• Intermediate/Advanced English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Guide 3M’s growth and market relevance for assigned account.
• Interact with customer organization across Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, Planners, Managers, and executives.
• Develop deep understanding of the customer’s KPIs, market share, strategies, and trends.
