Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, Order-to-Cash, or related roles.
• Experience partnering with Sales and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to resolve escalated customer issues and drive resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as AR point of contact for Sales and Branch Leadership; foster partnerships across teams.
• Monitor payment performance, disputes, aging, and customer risk; support mitigation plans.
• Coordinate resolutions across Collections, Billing, Credit, and Cash Applications; ensure follow-through.
• Identify root causes and drive process improvements to cash flow and customer experience.
