RS Group in Mexico is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections Analyst to manage overdue payments and maintain accurate aging records. You will collaborate with customers, billing and sales teams to secure timely settlements and improve collection efficiency.

The role requires 3–4 years in collections, a finance-related degree, advanced English, and proficiency with SAP and Excel. This is a hybrid, full-time position located in San Nicolás de los Garza, NL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 3–4 years in collections or similar role.
• Advanced English required.

Responsabilités

• Contact customers to collect outstanding payments via phone, email or letters.
• Negotiate payment plans and terms with delinquent accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and aging reports.
• Investigate and resolve billing/payment discrepancies with Billing and Sales teams.
• Prepare and send monthly statements to key clients.
• Support development and implementation of AR policies and procedures.
