Responsibilities

• Track cargo arrivals via web with origin and warehouses.
• Receive and forward customer service transmissions to warehouses before 8 hours of flight arrival.
• Report missing documents or packages to customer service.
• Enter and forward transmissions to generate the operation.
• Generate the notice of arrival and dispatch to warehouses.
• Notify clients of cargo arrival and update delays.
• Daily tracking of pending flights and delays.
