Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in international logistics, supply chain, or import coordination.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency with SAP, WMS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of transportation and shipping regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Select shipping methods based on cost and delivery time.
• Coordinate with third-party carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams on arrival.
• Handle paperwork for imports to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain records of import transactions and shipment tracking.
• Provide shipment updates and address delays or discrepancies.
• Negotiate with suppliers and carriers for best rates.
• Review and negotiate shipping rates to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure import costs are accounted for within budget.
• Resolve issues related to import shipments and documentation.
• Manage disputes with suppliers, shipping companies, or customs authorities.
