Job summary

JAS Worldwide in Mexico is seeking an Air Services Procurement Analyst to support the Air Freight Manager with procurement strategy, tender processes, and regional pricing updates. • BA or BS degree required.
• Five+ years experience in forwarder or shipping industry in operations/procurement.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Additional languages may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tender management process.
• Create region to region pricing and rate updates as needed for commercial utilization.
• Participate in on-site carrier meetings as requested.
• Assist Air Freight Manager to package and communicate Air Services Procurement strategy to branches and networks.
• Guide regional and local procurement colleagues during branch set-up and mentoring.
