Guardian Glass in Mexico is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage GL, fixed assets, leases and collaborate with operations to drive continuous improvements. You will work across the global organization with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate postings and timely close.

We value a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, strong GL experience, ERP proficiency, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Formación

• Strong experience in accounting including GL processes and reconciliations.
• Ability to analyze variances and provide commentary.
• Experience with ERP and accounting sub-systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Manage fixed assets, stockroom operations, and leases; collaborate on continuous improvements.
• Perform GL processes, ensure timely postings, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Own key accounting tasks and support month-end close.
• Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and provide commentary.
• Provide ad hoc information and analysis to other departments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support annual audit.
• Work across regions to understand local regulations and improve processes.
