bf is seeking a financial accounting professional in Mexico to coordinate Fixed Assets, Leases, and Prepaid Expenses. You will manage month-end closings, asset postings, and reconciliations, liaising with Production, Corporate Accounting, and Auditors to ensure GAAP adherence and SOX controls.

The role involves asset capitalization, impairment assessments, and periodic inventory counts, with emphasis on accurate reporting and continuous process improvements across entities.

Formación

• At least two years in a similar fixed assets role.
• Experience with GAAP and Mexican IFRS related to assets.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, written and oral.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate fixed assets tasks: leases, prepaid expenses, CIP, depreciation.
• Ensure timely and accurate postings in fixed asset ledgers.
• Prepare reconciliations and respond to audits including SOX controls.
• Collaborate with Production, Corporate accounting and Auditors.
• Support budget planning with asset projections and impairment assessments.
• Drive process automation and global alignment across entities.
