Guardian Industries in Querétaro seeks an accounting professional to manage GL processes, asset & lease tasks, and cross-functional projects across the global organization. You will work with operations and finance teams to ensure accurate postings and timely close.

The role requires attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and proactivity to drive process improvements. English proficiency is required; Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required or preferred.
• Proven experience with General Ledger processes, reconciliations and month-end close.
• Proficiency in Excel with data analysis and pivot tables is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Manage fixed assets, stockroom operations and leases, and collaborate on process improvements.
• Perform regular General Ledger processes with timely posting, variance analysis and reconciliations.
• Own key accounting tasks, ensure accurate month-end close and interact with accounting team.
