LHH Recruitment Solutions in Mexico is seeking a Senior R2R Accountant with strong expertise in Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Month-End Close, and CAPEX within a multinational Shared Service Center environment.

You will ensure asset accounting accuracy, balance sheet integrity, and timely financial reporting while adhering to SOX, IFRS, and US GAAP requirements. Fluency in English is mandatory for collaboration with global teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in Record-to-Report (R2R), General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Month-End Close.
• Strong knowledge of CAPEX, reconciliations, WIP, and financial controls.
• Experience with OneStream, BlackLine, JD Edwards (JDE), and advanced Excel.
• Advanced English required MUST.
• Previous experience in a Shared Service Center environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full fixed asset lifecycle, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposals.
• Perform month-end close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting.
• Monitor CAPEX and WIP projects, ensuring accurate accounting and financial controls.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal/external audits.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls, IFRS, and/or US GAAP.
• Maintain accurate and timely MDM updates.
• Drive process improvements and standardization across R2R activities.

Candidate Profile
