Richemont in Mexico seeks an experienced Senior GL Accountant to coordinate day-to-day general ledger operations, ensuring accuracy of postings and timely financial reporting across the group.

You will support month-end close, statutory audits, and intercompany reconciliations, provide guidance to AP/AR/Tax teams, and help drive process improvements with a continuous-improvement mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a General Ledger / R2R environment, ideally within a multinational or shared-service organization.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Experience supporting statutory and external audits.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge (local NIF/GAAP and IFRS).
• SAP or equivalent ERP experience; exposure to BlackLine, HFM/Hyperion or similar tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute day-to-day General Ledger postings and adjustments.
• Identify, investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Provide GL guidance to AP, AR, Treasury, Tax and FP&A teams.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for all accounting entries.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting, incl. intercompany reconciliation.
