Guardian Glass, a Koch company, seeks a detail-oriented accounting professional to handle GL, fixed assets, leases and month-end close. You will drive reconciliations, analyze variances, and support cross-functional teams across regions in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with external auditors, process improvements, and accurate financial commentary for forecast vs actuals. Strong Excel, ERP, and Power Apps/Power BI experience are preferred, with English proficiency

Formación

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience with General Ledger processes including Journal Entries, Intercompany Transactions, Account Reconciliations, Variance Analysis and Month-End close.

Responsabilidades

• Manage fixed assets, stockroom operations, and leases; collaborate on cross-functional projects for process improvements.
• Perform regular General Ledger (GL) processes with accurate posting, variance analysis, and Balance Sheet reconciliation.
• Own key accounting tasks using critical thinking for reconciliations, month-end close, and cross-team partnership.
• Analyze financial statements for discrepancies; provide commentary on forecast vs actual and month-over-month changes.
• Provide ad hoc information and analysis to Tax, Audit, HR, and other departments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization; challenge the status quo.
• Support external auditors and annual audit processes; investigate and resolve audit findings and noncompliance.
• Collaborate across regions to understand local regulations and improve processes.
