Job summary

SoftwareOne Mexico City is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the operation and evolution of technology infrastructure services, ensuring continuity, SLA compliance, platform stability, and strong client relationships.

You will direct multidisciplinary teams across infrastructure, managed services, and transformations, manage budgets, SLAs, KPIs, and vendors, and guide disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with IT infrastructure focus.
• Experience leading IT infrastructure, service desks, and infrastructure teams.
• Experience with Managed Services, Service Desk, and hybrid on-prem/cloud environments.
• Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, budgets, vendors, and contracts; ITIL familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure, operations, and managed services teams, ensuring service continuity and quality.
• Manage corporate clients, acting as escalation point for critical incidents and high-priority situations.

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager to join our Operations and Managed Services team in Mexico. This position will be responsible for leading the operation and evolution of technology infrastructure services, ensuring operational continuity, SLA compliance, platform stability, and strong relationships with strategic clients.

What You’ll Do

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure, operations, and managed services teams, ensuring service continuity and quality.
• Manage corporate clients, acting as an escalation point for critical incidents and high-priority situations.
• Lead technology infrastructure transformation, migration, modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage SLAs, KPIs, budgets, vendors, contracts, and Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity strategies.

What we need to see from you

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field; a specialization or master’s degree in IT, Project Management, or Digital Transformation is preferred.
• Experience in IT infrastructure and leading service desks, operations, and infrastructure teams.
• Experience with Managed Services, Service Desk, technology platforms, and hybrid environments (on-premises + cloud).
• Experience managing corporate clients, SLAs, KPIs, budgets, vendors, and contracts, along with knowledge of ITIL.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications will be considered a plus.
