Bluetab, an IBM Company, is seeking a bilingual IT Project Manager (English/Spanish) to guide high-impact technology projects from planning through delivery in Mexico City. Qualifikationen

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (C1/C2) with strong written and verbal communication for executive documentation and meetings.
• 4+ years of end-to-end technology project management and cross-functional team leadership.
• Strong command of PMI/PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or Asana.
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and adaptability under pressure.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Bilingual IT Project Manager (English / Spanish) to plan, coordinate, execute, and control high-impact technology projects. In this role, you will be responsible for defining project scope, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies to ensure orderly, timely, and high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record of managing cross‑functional teams and maintaining clear, effective communication with technical and executive stakeholders across borders.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Define, structure, and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to guarantee the successful end‑to‑end delivery of tech initiatives.

• Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross‑functional project teams (software developers, QA engineers, architects, infrastructure specialists), fostering a collaborative and high‑performing culture.

• Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain clear, transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders, aligning expectations, managing scope changes, and providing executive status reports.

• Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; monitor critical dependencies and drive accountability to hit project milestones.

• Governance & Methodology: Implement appropriate project management frameworks (Agile/Scrum, PMI/PMBOK, PRINCE2) tailored to project needs to ensure standard execution and governance.

• Reporting & Quality Assurance: Track project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain comprehensive project documentation for technical and business audiences.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (C1/C2 level) — Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for leading meetings, negotiating, and writing executive documentation in both languages.

• Experience: 4 to 6+ years of proven experience in end‑to‑end management of technology projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.

• Methodologies: Strong command of project management frameworks and practices (PMI/PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum/Kanban).

• PM Tools: Hands‑on expertise with project planning and tracking software such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or Asana.

• Soft Skills:

  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving, negotiation, and critical‑thinking abilities.
  • Adaptability to manage shifting priorities and resolve conflict under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications / Plus

• Active certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or CSM / PSM (Certified Scrum Master).

• Experience working in international environments or managing distributed teams across multiple time zones.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
