The role oversees multiple restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets, driving revenue and ensuring top-tier dining experiences. Remote planning is coupled with on-site leadership to uphold brand standards.

The candidate will lead a diverse team, manage budgets, and stay ahead of trends, with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence in a hybrid work setup.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Food and Beverage management within hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage multiple F&B outlets and diverse teams.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets with emphasis on service and quality.
• Develop and implement innovative menus, beverage programs, and promotions with culinary teams.
