This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort's food and beverage operations, including multiple restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and quality.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage multiple F&B outlets and diverse teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with event planning and banquet management.
• Proficiency in relevant software (POS systems, inventory management).
