The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in luxury F&B management, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish. Hybrid work potential within Querétaro City is possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is required.
• Experience with hotel operations systems (PMS, POS) and strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all F&B operations across multiple outlets, ensuring service excellence and profitability.
• Develop strategic plans to enhance F&B offerings and guest experience.
• Manage departmental budgets with P&L responsibility and cost control.
