You will collaborate with planning and maintenance, driving continuous improvement, controlling waste, and managing personnel across shifts with HR support. Strong communication and planning are essential.

Formación

• Engineering degree or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar leadership role in manufacturing.
• Availability to work flexible hours to support other schedules.
• Good manufacturing practices, packaging and warehouse environment experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• English proficiency at 85%.

Overview

Objective: Manage the entire production area, coordinating teams for efficient, safe, and reliable performance. Responsible for the processes that ensure the fulfillment of production orders and company goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Effective management of personnel and activities in the following areas: Warehouse (shipping/receiving), Molding, Assembly.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and pleasant work environment for everyone through professional, open, and ethical leadership.
• Participate in safety brigades.
• Communication meetings.
• Personnel evaluations.
• Produce quality goods according to demand.
• Collaborate with the planning department.
• Manage personnel in terms of quantity, discipline, feedback, open communication, development, and turnover, with the support of Human Resources.
• Manage the production area and equipment: proper use, safekeeping, and reporting of problems, with the support of Maintenance and Engineering.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, good manufacturing practices, and company policies.
• Such as the quality system, lean manufacturing, 5S, safety and hygiene practices and policies, regulations of the Ministry of Labor, and social security. Active in continuous improvement.
• Maintain the company's financial health by minimizing waste and properly managing resources.
• For example, rejects, inefficiencies, waste, overtime, turnover, absenteeism, and excessive purchases.

Education/Experience

• Completed degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Availability to work flexible hours to support other work schedules when necessary.
• Good manufacturing practices, packaging, and warehouse environments, including personal protective equipment requirements as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• English: 85%.
