BOE Vision Electronic Technology Mexico, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Production Manager to ensure adherence to the production plan and drive efficiency.

The role focuses on cost optimization without compromising product quality, staff organization to meet delivery times, and active problem solving with quality monitoring. The position emphasizes organizing teams, coordinating with purchasing, maintenance, logistics and quality, and promoting a safe work environment.

Formación

• University degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience with manufacturing environments and production planning.
• Lean and Six Sigma knowledge is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with the production plan and department goals.
• Optimize production costs while maintaining product quality.
• Organize staff to meet delivery times and production planning.
• Solve problems and monitor quality improvements.
• Manage staff and maintain a safe, productive work environment.
• Oversee shipment planning and continuous improvement of processes.
• Coordinate with purchasing, maintenance, logistics, and quality departments.
• Supervise staff performance and organization of teams.
• Control supplies and materials for operations.
• Promote Lean/Six Sigma to improve efficiency.
• Comply with local and international regulations (environmental, safety, electrical).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with the production plan and goals of the production department.

• Responsible for optimizing production costs, always striving for product quality.

• Responsible for organizing staff to meet delivery times and production planning.

• Problem solving and upward quality monitoring.

• Properly managing staff and fostering a safe and productive work environment.

• Supervising shipment plan assurance and continuously improving production processes.

• Coordinating with other areas such as purchasing, maintenance, logistics, and quality.

• Responsible for supervising the performance of staff under their charge, organizing their group, and effectively monitoring their team.

• Control the supplies or materials necessary for the operation.

• Improve operational efficiency through techniques such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.

• Ensure that all operations comply with local and international regulations (environmental, safety, electrical, etc.).

• Promote continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes
