BuildX is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with furniture industry experience. The role focuses on customer development, professional product recommendations, and leading a sales team through quotation, delivery, installation, and payment follow-up.

You will travel for client visits and site surveys while coaching the sales team to meet targets. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of sales experience in furniture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, interior design, or related field.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in furniture, home furnishings, or related industries, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of furniture materials, finishes, construction, and pricing.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales targets and develop new customers, building relationships with designers, contractors, and business clients.
• Assess customer needs, budgets, and space requirements, and recommend suitable furniture, materials, finishes, and layouts.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate within approved pricing and payment terms, with awareness of delivery and installation costs and margins.
• Coordinate with customers, design, warehouse, purchasing, logistics, and installation teams for timely delivery and handover.
• Maintain records of specifications, approvals, order changes, and site requirements with reliable follow-through on issues.
