BuildX is seeking a Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead our design team in delivering residential, office, and commercial design projects. You will coordinate engineers, architects, designers, and other specialists to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality results.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in construction or project management, with strong technical knowledge and proven leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil-related field
• 3–5 years in construction or project management
• Experience leading a design team of engineers and architects
• Ability to read architectural/structural drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the design team in delivering residential, office, and commercial design projects
• Coordinate engineers, architects, designers, and other team members
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards
• Review and understand architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and other technical drawings
• Prepare and monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and manpower requirements
• Delegate tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Ensure that designs and project documents meet quality and safety standards
