Private Advertiser in Mexico is seeking a highly organized Production Administrator to coordinate custom furniture and solid-wood production. The role blends office tasks with production-floor duties, converting confirmed client orders into documented, scheduled, monitored projects—from work-order preparation to final closure.

You will maintain work orders, cutlists, materials, project folders, and QC records, ensure completeness before production, and track progress, deadlines, and staff

Formación

• Graduate in a related field preferred.
• Experience in production administration or related environment is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates welcome with strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficient with Sheets/Excel and standard office tools.
• Able to read measurements, specifications, and simple shop drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Review endorsements, quotations, specs, measurements, and drawings before production.
• Prepare and maintain work orders, cutlists, materials requirements, and project folders.
• Ensure work orders are complete and approved before assigning to production.
• Maintain production line-up, worker assignments, deadlines, and priorities.
• Coordinate progress with carpenters, finishers, and helpers, tracking dates.
• Update production trackers, calendars, and company systems with cut-offs.
• Coordinate QC stages and document failed QC, backjobs, repairs, and replacements.
• Ensure items have QC clearance before payroll, storage, delivery, or installation.
• Coordinate ocular visits, installations, finishing works, and site activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
