Job summary

Ford Mexico is seeking a Supply Chain Capacity Planning Champ to support end-to-end capacity studies and help the North American supply base meet production needs. You will work with Buyers, STA, MP&L, Finance and GVT, learning how capacity data is analyzed and containment actions implemented.

As an active student in engineering or business, you will assist with data collection, document follow-ups, and coordinating actions while developing English communication and project coordination skills

Qualifications

• Active student from any of the last 2 semesters of a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering or Business.
• Strong written and spoken English for collaboration across the North American region.

Responsibilities

• Data collection: help collect and organize supplier responses for studies, review data, and flag gaps or constraints.
• Cross-functional collaboration: coordinate with Supply Chain Buyers, STA, MP&L, Finance, Cost Estimating, and GVT; document follow-up actions.
• Support funding approvals: assist in preparing materials for approval boards and ensure information is complete.
• Learn constraint-resolution processes: help identify bottlenecks and document mitigation options.
