Paired is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the outbound area of a high-volume fulfillment center in Mexico City. You will supervise 30-80+ hourly associates, drive productivity and quality targets, and ensure safe, accurate, on-time shipments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include safety walks, shift planning, QA auditing, coaching and onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize end-to-end order fulfillment.

Responsabilidades

• Safety & compliance: Own your team's safety culture. Conduct daily safety walks, ensure PPE and ergonomic standards, address hazards immediately.
• Shift management: Plan and assign work to meet daily volume targets and deadlines. Monitor real-time dashboards, adjust staffing, reassign resources.
• Quality assurance: Audit packing accuracy, labeling, and truck-loading standards. Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• People leadership: Supervise, coach, and develop hourly warehouse associates. Manage attendance, schedules, and timesheets.
• Hiring & onboarding: Participate in recruiting and interviewing to build a high-performing team. Design onboarding plans.
• Communication: Run daily pre-shift meetings, write shift-handoff reports, present updates to senior leadership.
• Process improvement: Identify opportunities to improve tools, workflows, SOPs; participate in problem-solving events.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with receiving, inventory control, and transportation teams to ensure end-to-end order fulfillment flow.
