Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Area Manager to lead a distribution warehouse team in a Fulfillment Center in Mexico. You will coach a large team, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and implement process improvements.

You will manage 50–100 associates, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and translate business priorities into actionable plans while upholding Amazon's customer-obsessed culture.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Experience supporting hourly workforces of 50+ employees and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 50–100 Amazon Associates.
• Communicate policies to Associates and act as the primary information source for the team.
• Create, manage, and support recognition and communication programs.
• Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment.
