Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Front Line Manager for F&A - AP to lead a large accounts payable team in a hybrid Mexico-based role. You will oversee invoicing, audits, and KPI/CPI adherence, drive process improvements, and coordinate with Business Accounting and cross-functional partners.

This role emphasizes people leadership, governance participation, and project ownership, with a focus on timely close, stakeholder management, and data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Master’s degree in finance preferred.
• Experience in accounts payable and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large Accounts Payable team.
• Ensure baseline values adherence for all SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee invoicing, audit requests, analysis, and AP processes.
• Manage close timelines and communicate deadlines.
• Collaborate with Business Accounting and internal partners to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Support metrics reporting for the AP process.
