Genpact is seeking a Front Line Manager - F&A (AP) to lead a large Accounts Payable team in a hybrid Mexico-based role. You will oversee invoicing, close timelines, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring SLA adherence and driving analytics across the AP process.

Ideal candidates have strong AP expertise, data literacy, and leadership experience, with English at high proficiency (B2). Genpact offers opportunities to work on AI-powered finance transformations and career growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business-related field.
• Master’s degree in Finance or related field preferred.
• Accounts Payable certification or equivalent credential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end record-to-report activities for Accounts Payable.
• Monitor SLA/KPI/CPI adherence and drive process improvements.
• Oversee invoicing, audit requests, and AP analytics for timely close.
• Collaborate with Business Accounting and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Lead governance calls and drive projects with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to record to report which include but are not extensive:

• Lead a large Accounts Payable team
• Ensure baseline values adherence for all Service Level Agreements-KPI & CPI
• Review the team’s day to day activities, including but not limited to invoicing, audit requests, analysis and other requests pertaining to the accounts payable process
• Handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis adhering to deadlines
• Harmonize with the Business Accounting team and internal partners to resolve issues
• Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Support the metrics reporting for the relevant process
• People Management – be a peoples manager involving in hiring, structured learning path, operations mentor for the team.
• Participate and lead governance calls with internal / external stakeholders
• Participate and own projects and drive outcomes
