Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is hiring a Front Line Manager - F&A - AP in Guadalajara, Mexico (Hybrid). The role oversees a large Accounts Payable team, ensuring baseline KPI adherence, timely invoicing, audits, and performance metrics.

You will coordinate with Business Accounting and internal partners to resolve issues and drive governance calls. The ideal candidate has hands-on AP leadership experience, strong data literacy, and familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, or Workday, along with English

Qualifications

• Experience leading Accounts Payable processes and teams.
• Familiar with KPI/CPI and SLA adherence.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Workday.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large Accounts Payable team and drive performance.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs for AP processes.
• Review invoicing, audit requests, and AP operations daily.
• Communicate close timelines and deadlines with stakeholders.
